Daveonit, I didn't know you could do that. In a way, it's like starting over again as a new customer when you renew your contract.
I understand your frustration, I am leaving Verizon for same reason. The lady at customer service flat out said they do not care about keeping customers, they only care about getting new ones. I find this shocking, why would they want to lose a loyal customer over faster internet and a free dvr? Very strange way to do business, makes me want to switch cellular services too!
