When I initially signed up for Verizon (8 January 2019) I was told I would recieve an email with my “Free year of Amazon Prime” after a month of service. After waiting the month I decided to call and they said “I did not qualify for this order”. After talking to a supervisor they cleared it up and told me they’ll fix it. They said I would I have to wait another month though...cool. Except I never recieve an email once again. I know I’m not the only one...
