I was promised a referral credit of $100 for refferiing our friends to fios, they have had their fios tripple play and a good standing account for more than 60 days now, however we have not received the referral bonus that was promised to us.
Please let us know what is missing and why Verizon has not followed up with their promised credits. Thanks!.
