We had tree limbs take down the cable on Friday July 27th. Tech came out Sunday and after 3 hours had phone and cable back on. Next morning internet was back. Everything worked Monday. Tuesday all services went out at 1:00. Tech came back out (after 2 calls to his cell number) and said "a bad signal was sent". Service was back up for 3 hours. All service is down again. I have been on hold for 1 hours and 41 minutesd. Went to a neighbor to use their computer (I cannot get on internet) did all the self test and 1st appt is in 3 days! Unacceptable. I bet I can get comcast out tomorrow to install all services.
