G1100 router not port forwarding

I went to the port forwarding in the main page forwarded port for ftp access and nothing, went to check port Web page and verified it. I also tried to port forwarding other ports but it doesn't work. Am I missing something??

Take and show a screen shot showing how you are forwarding the ports in this NAT router of yours.

The following rules that you are showing are wrong:

#1 71.x.x.x. It needs to be local/LAN/NATTED IP Address.

#2 The one just above new-host-1. It needs to be TCP Any
