I recently upgraded my router and extender. After I set up my new equipment I packed the old equipment into the box the new equipment came in. I used the return label that came with my new equipment to mail back the old equipment. I then dropped it off at the UPS store.
Thought I was done till I got a email stating that I still need to mail back my old equipment. I contacted customer service and was assured that they received it. A few days passed and I got another email stating that they still haven't received my old equipment. I contacted customer service again but this time they said they have no record of receiving it.
How do I resolve this? I don't have the receipt from the UPS store.
