- Receive several emails about redeeming gift card, but every attempt takes me to a website that isn't working. The most frustrating thing ever, especially when there is a timeline,, and if we don't follow it we will lose the reward. Couple that with the frustrating pre recorded prompts when calling that lead to nowhere and you've got a recipe for a disaster. With so many people in this forum with the exact same issue, and all the money Verizon collects, this should not still be an issue. I saw a post with the same issue from aost a year ago. Ridiculous
