Gift Card Issue

I am having the same problem everyone else is having and can not get my $200 gift card.  The email came in and tells me to register for it, but when I click through and try to register I get a spinning wheel, and then it kicks me back to the homepage repeatedly.  Please help - what should I do? And how come it seems like every single person can not access this properly for years and years (based on message history).  Would have thought it would have been fixed by now?
