PLEASE RESPOND WITH A WAY TO FIX THE LINK SO EVERYONE CAN SEE THE SOLUTION. It is not helpful to respond with a generic message that a rep will be in touch to waste more of our time. We all just need the correct URL. The redemption tile from the Account page takes you to rewardsuat.verizon.com which is clearly not the correct URL. Some people have had success by changing it to rewards.verizon.com and using a different browser. I tried all ways and no luck. Please help. This is very frustrating and has been going on for weeks. Give us the correct URL please!
