When I established service I was offered either a google tablet or a $300 Target gift card. Initially I chose the tablet. I changed my mind and requested the gift card instead.
I never received what I chose in the home offers. I have been going back and forth for MONTHS with agents trying to get the gift card and I keep getting bounced around. This experience has been very frustrating. It shouldn’t be so difficult to resolve an issue this simple. I need this issue resolved immediately please.
Can you please send me my gift card?
