I was surprised to see users running into the exact same error trying to redeem gift cards. I called customer support and they told me they can process it manually with a 90 day wait after I’ve already waited 3 months. No point offering gift cards that the company has known for a while now that users can’t successfully redeem without a big hassle. Unless that is the actual intent.
