I tried redeeming my $200 credit towards Google and Nest products. UPS says they were delivered, but I never got them. UPS never even came by when they said they did, as my RING a doorbell confirms. I’ve tried calling Verizon multiple times, but this issue has yet to be resolved. This deal was the main reason I even signed up for Verizon Fios in the first place, and now I’m not even getting it. Is there ANYWAY this can be resolved? Was there no insurance placed on the package? Can’t Verizon just try sending the items again? I’m very disappointed with this issue.
