Green Box not level

The flat Verizon green box is not level and looks terrible with our new walkway extension. How can I get the box leveled so that it lays flat to my walkway? Photos below. Thanks for your help!imageimage

Three months and I'm still waiting! Technician came out and agreed that box was a trip hazard. He submitted a ticket to have it (and my neighbors box) dug up and leveled. I was told that this was done by an outside contractor and that they had no way of tracking my ticket and that it could take 2 weeks to 2 months. So here I am 3 months later and still waiting and no way to find the status of this ticket. FRUSTRATED!
