Green Channel Box Inquiry

We have a green Channell box in our left back yard. How do I arrange for someone in infrastructure to check this box? It was installed many years ago when we were a Verizon customer. Of recent we have experienced a vibration senation that periodically occurs in the early morning (4 AM - 8 AM). I would like someone to check this box to see if there is something in this box (water, a loose connection, tampering, obsolete equipment) is causing a problem and if needed upgrade or remove the box. We no longer use Verizon so if we are still connected in this box, do we need to be removed?
