I am going to repost this because although I received a private message saying the issue was been escalated, but I never received a response since 11/2023:
There is a large green metal telephone box that was once attached to my house, but became detached and is now literally hanging by it's wires on the side of my house. There is a wire drop to the box, but also wires going from the box across the back of my house to my neighbor's house. Since I do not have a land line, I would like to get rid of it.
Also the house was vacant for a period of time before I purchased it, and there are several loose phone wires dangling from the house. In the back alley, there is a large green interface box on a pole that is open with exposed wires dangling from it. Is there any way I can get these issues taken care of? Thanks!
