Ground cover broke... big hole on my sidewalk ... EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ... someone could get HURT

Ground cover for the Verizion FiOS equipment on the sidewalk broke. This has left a huge hole on the sidewalk. Kids could easily fall into it. Anyone could get hurt. 

Location: between 3770 & 3772 Morrell Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114.
