2 weeks of incompetence and now 24 straight hours of my life wasted . The sheer inability of the “agents” to actually understand the service options available approaches the very limits of the unbelievable . A very simple renewal , after 13 years as a Fios subscriber , has become the final nightmare , relentlessly driving me to the “other” provider in my area . Upselling is the only concern . I have been treated poorly by Verizon for the last time.
I now must endure the significant hassles associated with terminating Verizon and moving to the “other” provider in my area . I simply can not maintain and sense of self respect after being lied too, manipulated and generally disregarded and unworthy of courteous and competent treatment .
