I’m writing in regards to Anne the Verizon customer service representative that was helping me with my concerns and questions about my account on sept 15,2023 about 12:30pm.
I was told I would receive an email with $200 giftcard after 2 months of using and paying for the internet service by the representative that helped me upgraded to the 1gig internet speed, but I still have yet to receive any email or information.
Anne was very professional when she explained to me in full details of how that $200 gift card process would work.
I was in disbelief at that moment but Anne was very knowledgeable about Verizon’s promotional plans and services.
Obviously she could have blamed her fellow coworker for his false advertisement and say there’s nothing else that she could just LIKE most Verizon representatives I’ve spoken to over the years but, She took the initiative and responsibility to amend the situation with me as the customer.
It was that moment that I knew Anne was an exceptional, genuinely kind, understanding, and a reliable Verizon representative.
She made sure I knew all of my options before I made a decision.
I’ve used Verizon’s internet service for over a decade and spoken to hundreds of representatives but Anne is really something else, she should be considered a role model for her fellow colleagues.
This is the first time in my life that I’ve chosen to take some of my time away to give any kind of review for anyone, so if that doesnt tell you anything I don’t know what else to say except Anne is setting a precedent for Verizon that is saying you guys care about your customers.
After Anne assisted me, she took it upon herself to ensure I was connected with Sheryl who is from the billing department before she concluded my call.
As Sheryl continued with my billing questions, she wasn’t able to accommodate my request because of insufficient information at the time which completed the call.
Moments later Anne made the effort out of her busy day to reach out to see if all of my questions and requests were achieved or not, although it wasn’t we rescheduled for a later day where I would have the information I would need to resolve it.
This is the first time I have ever been really pleased speaking with any Verizon representative.
So I would highly encourage everyone to ask for Anne when you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your Verizon account, I guarantee you she is the BEST !
