Haven't receive my $100 Amazon gift card from Verizon form 8 months.

Dec 2018, I placed a Verizon fios order which came with $100 Amazon gift card. However, I didn't receive my $100 Amazon gift card until now. I called Verizon customer services, they transferred me to your reward center and then the reward center transfered me to rebates center. However the rebates center said they have send the gift card to me and I need to call Verizon customer services for any issue. Are you kidding me? No one take responsibility and want to spend at least 1 min to help me out. Totally poor customer services and Verizon give me a very good example that how bad a company can treat their customers. Will shop another company to end my Verizon fios ASAP!
