I recently signed up for Fios and as a promotion they promised to send $50 amazon gift card. After not receiving the card for a few weeks I've tried to contact the support but gave up after being transferred to numerous agents and being on the phone with them for about 1 hour. The contact form on the website doesn’t work either.
Does anyone have the same issue?
