I have been unable to reach Patient Financial Services during business hours. I have contacted billing chat support and they can not assist me with granting an extension till next week. I have recently started new job and needed the extension to prevent interuption of service. Everytime I call the calls are being dropped and this is very frustrating! Is there an email address to reach them directly?? I need someone to reach out to me. Thank you!
