There is a Verizon utility box on our property. This week sub-contractors came by and installed a tall HVAC system on top of the utility box. The installation is poorly done and obstructs the view of our home and from our home - a strange, elevated HVAC unit in our yard, now towering above the fence line. We are so disappointed in this careless eyesore. The HVAC system could have been installed at ground level. I have spent several hours on the phone this week with Verizon Customer Support. No agent seems able to successfully direct my call. I would really appreciate the opportunity to hear from a Verizon representative about how we can address the situation. I have also reached out to our city government. Is anyone able to advise? Thanks for this consideration.
