Home damage

How can I get my home damaged assessed? While running Fios in our neighborhood our sewer line was hit which backed up into our home causing damage. I have opened multiple tickets and called numerous times trying to get it addressed and it has yet to be assessed or looked at so we can begin repairing our home and it was over a month ago this occurred.
