A technician came here in December to install my internet. Drilled a hole into my brick. There’s a temporary line running through the yards of 5 other townhomes. Never came back to put a permanent line. Meanwhile there a literally pipes all the other townhomes used that are specifically installed so that holes to not need to be drilled. Worst company and service ever. Have called and scheduled someone to come out 3 times now. No one has showed up.
