Several days ago I was on the Verizon site looking up home internet costs. Long story short, I've now got a "gateway" device that doesn't seem to be even close to what I needed. I wanted/needed FiOS I think? I need Internet that can handle the smart devices in my home plus a few other things also. This "Gateway" seems to be like a stronger version of a personal WiFi device?? I need to trade in the one I have for the one I actually need. Yet, I can't seem to even get a chat now that the thing has arrived here. I should add that this is my only item with Verizon. No other accounts or items like phones or tablets.
