How do I get Verizon to move a FIOS Fiber Cable Cabinet to a different telephone pole

Verizon Fios has installed a Fiber Optic Cable Cabinet on a telephone pole directly in front of my home. The Cabinet is very close to the front door of my home and is 4 feet off the ground. The cabinet is very large and poses a risk for walking into it, being hit by cars and most concerning, health concerns related to radiation emissions from the cabinet. I am requesting that the cabinet be moved to a more appropriate telephone pole where it does not pose health risks to the residents.   Who do I contact at Verizon for help?  I have tried my town; however, they have not received help from Verizon.
