I received an email saying it was time to redeem my Visa Prepaid card and to click on the link, log in, and click the Reward Tile. However, when I log in, there is no reward tile. I contacted support using the Chat feature and eventually was told it would be take care of but I could call 866-948-2725 if it wasn't resolved. That was 4/29. I called that number repeatedly today but I just get a message saying it could not connect and to try later. How do I redeem this offer before it expires?
