How to I can make complain on Verizon Phone Customer Service Representative. In my situation I have a business account where I needed help to create a ticket from customer service that i call in order for me to reverse DNS Record and to sign my domain names with PTR Record for each Public Static IP that i have (5 IPs). Where already one IP was made by the support service last time. and now i need asign 4 IP PTR Record. In this time as well as the last time, I having called the Verizon customer support and assistance service, the Phone Representative do not even understand what i need to do and how to help me.
This time I got call Verizon where Debbie representative got on this call. I introduced myself and wanted to tell her my account number where she interrupted me nervously and began to repeat several times that she did not need my account Since everything was already confirmed Because my call was transferred from another representative who cant help me eather.
