Recently Verizon fixed a down wire from pole to pole across the street from my house and in the process damaged FIOS and electrical wires connected to my house. After calling for repairs the tech came and fixed the FIOS wires but said they cannot touch the power lines. Now I have to pay out of pocket for the repair to the electric and the siding damaged. How do I go about getting Verizon to repair or reimburse me for the costs? Cannot get through to anyone on the phone...very frustrating.
