Fios was servicing my neighbor and access a box on my property. Veriozon damaged my invisible dog fence and it cost me $300 to repair. A Verizon tech came out to inspect the repair but said a Supervisor would come out. We've been ghosted and no one seems to understand the ticket number we have. It appears that the tech said it was a verizon service problem and not property damage. we keep getting "how did we do?" surveys. Its crazy that I cant just email or call to file a claim.
