How to notify Verizon of good employee service

My promotional rate expired, and customer rep Dario was patient and helpful, found me a good price on better service. I was dreading calling, but he was a pleasure to deal with and got Verizon my business for another two-year stretch. I think that it's important to call a company's attention to good employees, especially as customer service seems to be an ailing practice.

I have found Verizon corporate addresses and executive names, but would like to send a letter to the right person to get a gold star put on his employee record. Who can I contact, by email or mail?
