How to stop all these emails coming from Verizon

Hey all,

I recently signed up for Fios.  And since I have an account now, Verizon keeps sending me junk notifications.  There is no unsubscribe option on these emails.  I have my online communication settings set to 'none except billing/account info'.  Yet these messages persist.  Today's message was a link to a video to 'understand my bill'.  (Quick tangent- if your bill need a video to understand, then your bill is too complicated and needs to be redesigned.)

Does anyone know how to get these messages to stop?

They will stop automatically.

the videos are billing and service related.

there should be another showing an estimated invoice. They also send you a snapshot of your service and info on contract or non contract, discounts and when or if they expire.

after they run their course you will not hear from them.
