I Am Unable To Redeem The Soundbar Offer

I am unable to redeem the soundbar. Chatting with many Verizon representatives but no ones can help. My soundbar redemption is available to redeem on 12/19/2022. The redemption is eligible until February 2023. I tried to redeem it on 12/19/2022, but it was pending. I came back next couple weeks and I found that the  soundbar redemption icon was gone. I contacted Verizon multiple times for help but no one could help. They asked me to use different browsers, clear the cache and cookies.....but nothing helped.  They told me that they would send me an email in 30 - 45 days to tell me what I could do. I am so upset and wondering if the soundbar redemption is real or just a way Verizon uses to bring me in.
