I NEED TO SCHEDULE A TECHNICIAN APPOINTMENT FOR MY VERIZON SERVICE ISSUES

Since getting FiOs in my apartment, I have had major issues with my FioS Mini  boxes constantly disconnecting and re-connecting. I had a new main Set Top Wireless box replacement sent to me 2 months ago and still have issues of disconnecting. I have been trying to call for 2 days and hold on line for +45 mins then get disconnected. Please advise how I can schedule a technician to come to my home and switch me from wireless boxes to set-top coaxial connection boxes as I cannot deal with the disconnecting any longer. 
I would like to request technician ID: JPO to come as he has worked in my apartment complex before and I was very happy with the help he gave me.
