I have been trying to move services to a new address while keeping everything the same, So far support said they cant do it and all the supervisors I have spoken to said they dont have the power to do so. They will have to increase my bill by $110 to move it over. I have been on the phone for days with no solution to this. Telling a customer that a bill go up by 110 is unheard of. HELP! I am trying to get the email of the district manger of Virginia.
