I'm really upset that I've been contacting Verizon like the 10th time (not an exaggeration) about this and every time you create a ticket and does nothing about it.
I don't think it's fair that you took my old router, which was paid for, without my permission (THAT'S STEALING) while at the same time charging me $300 for a new one.
Is this how you 10-year customers??? Please respond@!!
