After receiving the email to redeem a prepaid gift card, i have tried a dozen times on my computer, my ipad, and my phone, all attempts at redeeming the gift card are not successful. Either an error message appears or the page never loads. I also see that there are a large amount of posts where people are having the same issue. I would like assistance with this as there is also a message on my account that says if I don't redeem it within 60 days, it will expire. I am disappointed that this process is so difficult as this was one of the reasons that I signed up for Fios in the first place.
