I spent an hour on the phone Sunday trying to fix my intermittent service. finally a service call was scheduled for Friday August 3. That service call was cancelled via email saying the problem was fixed. Well no one asked me if the problem was fixed. I am still having problems and am waiting on hold.
I need the service call restored.....
Your call service is set to frustrate customers so they will hang up and take your lousy service. I need my service fixed. fix it
