I haven’t been able to redeem my $100 gift card for TWO months now. Customer service hasn’t helped.

I am unable to redeem my promotional $100 Visa gift card using the instructions provided in an email sent to me by Verizon or the app or the computer desktop.

Specifically, the redemption link does not lead anywhere (Links just time out and don’t work on every platform).  I’ve been talking to customer service since June and every time they give me the number to call billing, the number is out of service. Nothing is working and I haven’t been helped properly. Please tell me how I can redeem my promised $100 Visa gift card.  Thanks.
