I'm reaching out to report an issue with our home internet service related to AS3491 routing. It appears that there is a problem originating from the AS3491 router, leading to packet loss for most customers. Please promptly switch to an alternative routing method to ensure uninterrupted service. Attached are MTR results from some customers for your reference. We appreciate your swift resolution.
