ID.me Discount not working for Veteran

So I've been trying to follow the instructions provided for the last month or so.   I haven't been  able to apply my discount for Fios.  It worked perfectly on mobile.  Really would like to get this sorted.  
I've cleared all cookies and cache
I've revalidated my status on ID.me
I've tried talking to chat support
I really just want to get it applied and move on 😄
