Hey team, I have a ground panel in my front yard that seems to have been stepped on/into. It's a pretty deep hole, the cap is on but the soil around it had eroded it looks like and its created a tripping Hazzard. I'm not sure if I can self remediate in some way I assume we need to take the panel out, secure a new one level to the plane and backfill the surrounding surface. I'm in Sterling Virginia, CA.
