Hello, I have noticed an exposed in ground verizon utility box (missing the lid). It also has an exposed fibre optic cable. My wife and I have called multiple times to get this fixed and there is always some confusion. One tech was about to run a new line to the house before I stopped him. I have been told they have reported it and someone should come to fix it but its been months and still nothing. It is on Crestwood St SW, Leesburg VA. I do not want to submit my own ticket because I think that is what causes the confusion and techs think its an issue with our service. I just want the utility box and cable repaired before it causes more damage or injury (easily a tripping hazard).
