Incomplete installation

End of October I had Verizon come out and move our service from the cottage on our property to the main house on our property.  The Tech that came out solved all of our problems and connected our service.  He was professional and pleasant however to connect the service he ran a fios wire from the box on the cottage to the main house and said that someone would be out to complete the installation by either moving the box to the main house or burying the wire.  We still have not heard from anyone to take care of this issue.  The wire is still laying in the yard and I don't know who to call to check on this or schedule completion.
