Hi,
I received an email from Verizon saying that I was charged $50 for a Verizon technician to come out and fix my Verizon cable connection. I was not made aware of any potential charge when I called about the issue, when the technician was fixing the issue, or when he left. I do not think it's right for Verizon to unethically charge me to fix Verizon equiment without any warning whatsoever. I would like to file a compliant about this issue.
