Installation Fee with preinstalled equipment?

I'm about to make the switch from Comcast to Verizon Fios purely for internet. I know that verizon has an installation fee, but what if the house already has the ONT and backup battery box installed? Will I still get charged with an installation fee or will I get it waived/reduced? The only thing really getting installed is the router and the home representative was unable to answer this question for me. Any ideas?

I beleive that installation fee would also cover tech to come out connect everything up and verify it is working.

If you feel comfortable, asl if self install is an option.
