My Verizon Fios internet in New York City has been down for over 12 hours now. I have tried all the self guided steps. Verizon’s website then instructed me to call the technical support number 800-837-4966. However, I have now currently been on hold for almost 3 hours (2 hours 38 minutes).
it is extremely frustrating since Verizon gives me no other option to fix my problem. I know it’s Saturday and I’m willing to spend sometime on hold but this is ridiculous.
Do people have any suggestions? Should I go to a Verizon store and try to talk to them? Is there a better tech support number than the one above? I am still on hold but need to go somewhere soon.
