Issue Redeeming Gift Cards

I am having the EXACT same problem! I’m so frustrated! I’ve spent the last two hours talking to different agents, explaining the problem, and then eventually either being hung up on or transferred to a line that just rings and eventually just stops with no one there. Also, the gift cards not only aren’t clickable anymore on the app or a computer, they have completely disappeared from my account! Verizon?!?!?
