Issue with damaged utility pole on my property

I have a Verizon utility pole on my property. For several months, it has been leaning into the roadway and pulling on the service drops attached to my house. The issue gets worse when we receive saturating rain storms. A Verizon crew placed a new utility pole next to the existing one several months ago, but none of the utilities have been moved from the leaning pole to the new one yet. No work has been done on the pole since it was placed in May of this year. Can someone please contact me to discuss this further and get the issue resolved?
