I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional support I received from Summer and Priyanka this evening regarding an ONT issue for my home internet service.

When I initially reached out with a technical concern, Summer expertly triaged the issue and escalated it to Priyanka for technical troubleshooting. Thanks to Summer's informative salesmanship, I was also able to migrate my plan to a better option while Priyanka worked diligently to resolve my issue.

Both representatives were personable, and their helpfulness made me feel like I was speaking to a real person, even without direct conversation. They provided clear explanations throughout the process, demonstrating professionalism and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
